- Fees; Payment. By signing up for a Services account you agree to pay the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. We reserve the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services can be canceled by you at anytime on thirty (30) days written notice to us.
- Support. If your service includes access to priority email support. “Email support” means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time (with reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours) concerning the use of the VIP Services. “Priority” means that support takes priority over support for users of the standard or free ReadyMadeStores.co.za services. All support will be provided in accordance with our standard services practices, procedures and policies.
- Hosting & Domain Renewals. We will host your store on our servers for free for 12 months from the start of service. After 12 months if you wish to continue hosting with us you will be required to pay a monthly hosting fee. If your domain expires due to your non payment your store will automatially be taken offline. You are free to move to your own hosting at any time.
- RMS Partner Included Free Stores. As part of the RMS Partner option you may choose one free store to be included in the offer. If for whatever reason your choice of store is not available or unable to be provided we reserve the right to provide another in its place.
- Responsibility of Website Visitors. we have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects.
